The car dealer Groupe Maurin has acquired the Spanish group Rmotion Automotive, which distributes Ford, Nissan, Suzuki, Mazda, DFSK (Dongfeng Sokon), Isuzu, Aixam and Silence brands in Barcelona and Madrid.

Groupe Maurin today represents 21 car brands with 119 premises (in addition to 19 premises in Belgium, where the group is the second largest Mercedes-Benz dealer). It is the main distributor of Ford, Nissan and Suzuki brands in France. The group sold 35.000 new vehicles in 2020 (exercise heavily penalized by Covid) and 43.000 new vehicles in 2021. They also sold 24.000 used vehicles. Its turnover exceeds 1.440 million euros.
