Ufenau Capital Partners has completed its first platform investment for Ufenau VII by acquiring a majority stake in EinzelNet. The company is a leading full-service provider of Datacenter & Cloud, Digital Workplace and Data Analytics solutions.

With an experience of >20 years, > 30 million euros turnover and >100 professionals working across 3 locations in Spain (Madrid, Valencia and Pamplona), EinzelNet supports its clients to solve technological challenges through tailor-made infrastructure and mobility solutions, based on a strong customer oriented culture and a highly experienced and specialized team. EinzelNet is one of the largest independent specialists in Spain, enjoying a strong position with its loyal blue-chip customer base of private and public companies.

Founders and management of EinzelNet will coinvest significantly alongside Ufenau and will continue to lead the business into its next growth phase.
