Mochi is a dessert originally from Japan, with hemisphere shape, gelatinous texture and multiple colors and flavors.<\/p>\n<p>The company currently manufactures and sells approximately 1 million units per year through Japanese restaurants, corners in shopping centers, own stores and retail distributors.<\/p>\n<p>With the capital injected, Niji will accelerate its expansion plan by entering in new cities, countries and distribution channels, as well as investing in new products and production capacity.
