The transaction included 57 supermarkets under the brand \u2018Suma\u2019, mainly located in the province of Tarragona.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fragad\u00eds <\/strong>is the exclusive licensee of \u2018Spar\u2019 brand in Tarragona and Castell\u00f3n, currently owning a total of 139 supermarkets. With this transaction FRAGADIS reinforces its presence in these areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miquel Alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong> has around 500 franchise supermarkets under the brands \u2018Spar\u2019 and \u2018Suma\u2019.
