The transaction, advised by <strong>CS Corporate Advisors<\/strong>, includes the eight <strong>Binipreu<\/strong> supermarkets, all located in Menorca, three logistics platforms on the same island, and the Binipreu Menorca shopping center, located in Ma\u00f3. Condis will simultaneously assume the supply of approximately twenty franchised stores operating under different brands.<\/p>\n<p>Owned by the private equity fund Portobello and its management team, the chain has a total of 740 stores, both company-owned and franchised, of which more than 240 are located in the city of Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024\u2014the last year for which figures are available\u2014Condis, headquartered in Montcada i Reixac (Vall\u00e8s Occidental), achieved a turnover of \u20ac807 million and recorded a net profit of \u20ac21.7 million.
