\nCS Corporate<\/strong> has advised Grupo Repro<\/strong> on the sale of the company to BMP Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

BMP GROUP<\/strong> acquired GRUPO REPRO<\/strong>, a move that will enable the group to begin manufacturing cold-storage doors in Spain. Until now, its production activities in the Spanish market were focused on high-speed roll-up doors manufactured through BMP IB\u00c9RICA<\/strong>. This acquisition expands the range of industrial doors manufactured by the group and aligns with its goal of covering the entire industrial door market internationally.<\/p>\n

The transaction marks a shift in BMP GROUP<\/strong>\u2019s production activities in Spain by allowing for the local manufacture of cold-storage doors. Previously, the group\u2019s Spanish manufacturing operations were limited to high-speed roll-up doors produced via BMP IB\u00c9RICA<\/strong>. Consequently, the addition of GRUPO REPRO<\/strong> broadens the types of industrial doors the group produces in Spain.<\/p>\n

BMP GROUP OF DOOR COMPANIES<\/strong> comprises 42 companies, employs over 1,000 people, and maintains a presence in more than 100 countries. The acquisition of GRUPO REPRO<\/strong> supports the group’s objective of covering all segments of the industrial door market on a global scale.<\/p>\n

The deal also establishes unified management for the two companies operating within the group in Spain. Management of both BMP IB\u00c9RICA<\/strong> and GRUPO REPRO<\/strong> will be handled by Iv\u00e1n Valero and Miguel Valero through VALERO FOUNDERS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The acquisition extends the group’s industrial footprint in the Spanish market, adding cold-storage door manufacturing to operations that were previously limited to high-speed roll-up doors.<\/p>\n
