Kuups is part of the same business group as the Valencian canning company Nudisco.<\/p>\n<p>The company, based in La Canonja (Tarragon\u00e8s) and owned by the Fraga family, operates under the Spar and Eurospar brands. <strong>Fragadis<\/strong> will thus have a network of 218 stores, a surface area of \u200b\u200b280,000 square metres and a workforce of 2,900 people. In addition to strengthening its position in the Valencian market, it is making its debut with this operation in Murcia and Albacete.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction, the price of which has not been disclosed, represents a further step in the growth strategy undertaken years ago by <\/strong>Fragdis<\/strong> in the Mediterranean area.
