CS Corporate Advisors has advised Allegra owners in the sale of assets to MSG (former Mutua General de Seguros).

Allegra, a residence for the elderly located in Sabadell (Barcelona), has about 250 places, including residential (170) and day centers (47), in addition to 27 supervised apartments for the elderly. Formerly owned by Explogeron company, the center posted sales of 4.2 million euros in 2018.

With this acquisition, MGS reinforces its commitment to services for the elderly, as it is the third center of this type that it has purchased since 2018.
