Ignasi worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst in the European M&A group of Bear Stearns in the London Office. He took part in the acquisition of Krasnapolsky (Netherlands) by NH Hoteles. Here, he gained extensive experience in TMT, hospitality and healthcare. Prior to that, he worked in the fund management sector of IEF (Institut d’Estudis Financers) and BBVA.

Afterwards he became responsible for business promotion in the Balearic Islands and Catalonia. Juan Luis has been involved in structured finance transactions, refinancing, sindicates, project finance, and corporate banking for: CELSA (sindicated loan), RETEVISIÓN (guarantees for European Bank), SACRESA (structuring), ENERGY (project finance), BBVA Desarrollos Inmobiliarios (structuring), PARJE (structuring), AERSA (project finance), PLANA DE ZARAGOZA, S.A. Marc Monnin holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Graduate School of Chemistry, Rennes (FR), and a diploma in Business Management from EAE Barcelona. He received a Japanese government grant (MONBUKAGAKUSHO) in 1989, with terms at the universities of Hiroshima and Okayama. He performed several duties at Hebron SA (Otsuka Chemical group) before becoming chairman from 2008 to 2019. He is now managing director of the Spanish Plastic Cluster (Centro Español del Plástico).

Jaume Bonet holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from ESADE and has conducted an International Management Programme at HEC (Paris) and the London Business School. Jaume started his professional career in Coopers & Lybrand and Arthur Andersen y Cía.
He has acquired extensive career experience as CFO for well-known companies such as., Compañía General de Tabacos de Filipinas, Industrias Valls, Creaciones Vitorio y Lucchino, Sunco Energías Renovables, and Hoteles Turísticos Unidos (HOTUSA). He was also Investment Manager in the venture capital firm called Catalana d’Iniciatuves SCR. Ignasi Tintoré has practiced as an attending physician in hospital, outpatient and community settings in public and private settings in Spain for 10 years.
He has been a Director in several companies in the Health sector in Spain, with projects in Asia, and with different responsibilities in private and public environments, both in the provision of health services and health insurance and in the pharmaceutical industry, for 20 years.
He has been an academic collaborator of the Department of Organization and People at ESADE Business School for 20 years, professor at OBS Business School for 3 years and visiting professor at INCAE Business School.
He is currently an independent advisor and consultant to companies in the health sector, and partner-director of T&A, a consulting firm specializing in business development, with numerous successful experiences in companies in different verticals of the health market in Spain, EU and LATAM.

Ignacio has built his professional career at Banco Sabadell, where he held the position of Director of Structured Finance for EMEA & Asia regions until 2023. In this role, he led the Corporate and Acquisition Finance verticals, as well as Project Finance for energy, transportation, and telecommunications, and Real Estate financing for corporate banking clients in those regions.
Previously, he held various responsibilities within the investment banking division, including the M&A department with a focus on acquisition and MBO transactions, as well as the capital markets area, where he led initial public offerings and corporate debt issuances.
