CS Corporate Advisors has advised Caprabo on the sale of hypermarkets to Eroski Cooperative.

Eroski, its partner until 2004, acquires six hypermarkets that Caprabo owned in the Valencian Community, and one supermarket.

Caprabo emphasizes that this deal is one more step in its business plan to «focus on its expansion and growth activity» on Catalonia, Madrid, Navarra and the Balearic Islands.
