CS Corporate has advised Delfín Group on the sale of the company to Tamayo Autodesguaces, S.L

Delfín Group has added Tamayo Autodesguaces to its national network of Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs), a move that consolidates the group’s presence in northeastern Spain and strengthens its operational capacity in Catalonia. This expansion increases territorial reach, product availability, and logistical efficiency for workshops, companies, and large fleets.

Founded in 1976, Tamayo Autodesguaces was established with the aim of becoming a leader in the management and sale of recycled automotive parts, distinguished by its specialization and continuous improvement. The company operates in over 25,000 m² of facilities, where it manages more than 5,000 vehicles annually and maintains a stock of over 50,000 recycled parts, all of which are verified, reconditioned, and guaranteed. Currently, it has evolved into an online sales business model, exporting to more than 45 countries, with a strong commitment to sustainability and responsible environmental management integrated into its corporate culture.

With this new phase, Delfín Grupo is promoting an eco-friendly spare parts network specializing in the circular economy. The combined capabilities of its companies allow them to offer over 450,000 certified parts in continuous rotation, with an average vehicle lifespan of 5–6 years, reinforcing the group’s value proposition in a market where the average age of vehicles in Spain is high.
