DSM Deretil  is a leading manufacturer of raw materials for antibiotics with facilities in Almeria, Barcelona and China.

DSM Deretil belonged to the Dutch multinational DSM and has been left to its top executives, who accumulate 90% of the shares. The remaining 10% of capital is owned by the Austrian multinational Sandoz.
