CS Corporate Advisors has advised the shareholders of Grupo VivePlus, a company dedicated to the distribution and sale of food supplements, in the sale process to Korott, Mercadona’s integrated supplier specialized in the manufacture and sale of food supplements, among others.

Grupo VivePlus is a company founded 10 years ago dedicated to the distribution, marketing and sale of food supplements in hypermarkets and supermarkets, under the brands Vive +, Vivísima +, Vittalíssima and Vive + Advance. VivePlus products are currently marketed in more than 35 food distribution national chains, such as Carrefour, Ahorramás, El Corte Inglés, DIA, Alcampo, Condis, Bon Preu, Caprabo, Masymas among others.

Korott, founded in 1991 and headquartered in Alcoy (Alicante), is Mercadona’s supplier of nutritional supplements and herbal medicine, for which it manufactures its white brand Deliplus. The group’s turnover is around € 30 million euros. With this acquisition, Korott accelerates its growth plan and consolidates its position in the national market.
