CS Corporate Advisors has acted as exclusive financial advisor of M Automoción Group on the sale of a majority stake in the automotive licenses of the brands Opel, Toyota, Honda, Chevrolet, Hyunday, Saab and Mazda to the Japanese multinational VT Holdings Co, Ltd.

M Automoción is a car dealer group based in Barcelona, being one of the most important independent companies in Catalonia. The group was set up in 1962 by Mr. Claudio García García, with more than 500 employees distributed among 26 premises of new and used cars, with around 66,000 m2 of sales area. M Automoción sold more than 12,000 vehicles and it posted sales over 300 M euros last year.

VT Holdings is a Japanese group listed in the stock exchange of Tokio acting as an automobile dealer of new and used cars. The company was established in 1983 and it posted sales around 1,300 M euros last year. Among their brands, there are Honda, Nissan, BMW, Ford, Renault, Peugeot and Fiat. With this acquisition, VT Holdings enhances its expansion plan worldwide, where it has already presence in countries such as Australia, Southafrica and United Kingdom.
