CS Corporate Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor to Mit Mat Mamá in the sale of 100% of the company to Incamais Investments, an investment firm led by Italian businessman Marcello Perillo.

Mit Mat Mamá, founded in 1983 in Barcelona, has a turnover of about two million euros – after cutting sales in recent years – and has nine stores between Catalonia and Madrid. It also has a strong presence in Mexico through points of sale in El Palacio de Hierro shopping centers.

Incamais, mainly focused on housing development, is based in Barcelona and with Mit Mat Mamá makes its debut in investment in companies. The new stage of the fashion brand will be led by Carla Sanz, who comes from Comdifil, the textile group that owns Double Agent and Shana.
