Niji – Private Investor – Angl

CS Coporate has advised Niji Handcrafted Japanese Mochis in the capital increase carried out by a private investor.

Niji, created in 2016 by the businesswoman Agnesa Novitchi, is a company producing mochis under the brand Niji. Mochi is a dessert originally from Japan, with hemisphere shape, gelatinous texture and multiple colors and flavors.

The company currently manufactures and sells approximately 1 million units per year through Japanese restaurants, corners in shopping centers, own stores and retail distributors.

With the capital injected, Niji will accelerate its expansion plan by entering in new cities, countries and distribution channels, as well as investing in new products and production capacity. Expected sales at the end of the 2021-2025 period will exceed 10M euros.

Graduada en Ciencias Empresariales y Management y Máster Universitario en Gestión Financiera y Auditoría por la Universidad Pompeu Fabra.
Clàudia ha trabajado durante cuatro años en Deloitte, primero como auditora en empresas de FSI (Financial Services Industry, lo que abarca entidades financieras y de crédito, de seguros y reaseguros, mercado de capitales y capital de riesgo) y posteriormente como Associate en el departamento de TS (Transaction Services) colaborando principalmente en proyectos de reestructuraciones financieras, así como Valoraciones y Due Diligence, para empresas de diferentes sectores.

Clàudia Solé – Partner

Graduated in Business Sciences-Management and University Master’s Degree in Financial Management and Business Auditing, both degrees from Pompeu Fabra University.

She started her professional career at Deloitte Spain, as an auditor at FSI (Financial Services Industry). One year later, until joining Associate, he became part of the TS department (Transactions), carrying out operations mainly in the area of Restructuring and Valuations for companies of the financial industry, as well as industrial and services sector. She has also participated in Due Diligence processes.

In January 2019 she joined the CS Corporate Advisors team as a Senior Analyst.
