CS Corporate has advised Palinox Ingeniería y Proyectos on the sale of the company to CPHI Industrial.

Palinox Ingeniería y Proyectos is a Barcelona-based engineering company leader in the design and manufacture of cooling solutions for the food industry, standing out for its advanced technology and solid reputation in the sector.

Turnover in 2024 was 20 million euros and gross operating profit (Ebitda) was 4,5 million euros.

With more than 40 years of history and presence in more than 35 countries, Palinox develops continuous lines that include the design and manufacture of freezing tunnels, cookers, coolers, peelers, slicers, batters and glazers, among others.

PHI Industrial is an investment fund specialized in the acquisition and active management of companies, with a focus on family-owned companies and spin-offs of multinationals. It invests in companies with operational improvement potential, providing its expertise to drive their growth and efficiency.

With presence in Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom, PHI Industrial seeks majority positions in medium-sized European companies.

The transaction was carried out by PHI Industrial Fund III, to which companies such as ITG, HD, Compañía del Trópico, Teknicalde and BlueSun also belong.

Graduada en Ciencias Empresariales y Management y Máster Universitario en Gestión Financiera y Auditoría por la Universidad Pompeu Fabra.
Clàudia ha trabajado durante cuatro años en Deloitte, primero como auditora en empresas de FSI (Financial Services Industry, lo que abarca entidades financieras y de crédito, de seguros y reaseguros, mercado de capitales y capital de riesgo) y posteriormente como Associate en el departamento de TS (Transaction Services) colaborando principalmente en proyectos de reestructuraciones financieras, así como Valoraciones y Due Diligence, para empresas de diferentes sectores.

Clàudia Solé – Partner

Graduated in Business Sciences-Management and University Master’s Degree in Financial Management and Business Auditing, both degrees from Pompeu Fabra University.

She started her professional career at Deloitte Spain, as an auditor at FSI (Financial Services Industry). One year later, until joining Associate, he became part of the TS department (Transactions), carrying out operations mainly in the area of Restructuring and Valuations for companies of the financial industry, as well as industrial and services sector. She has also participated in Due Diligence processes.

In January 2019 she joined the CS Corporate Advisors team as a Senior Analyst.
