CS Corporate has advised Grupo Repro on the sale of the company to BMP Group.

BMP GROUP acquired GRUPO REPRO, a move that will enable the group to begin manufacturing cold-storage doors in Spain. Until now, its production activities in the Spanish market were focused on high-speed roll-up doors manufactured through BMP IBÉRICA. This acquisition expands the range of industrial doors manufactured by the group and aligns with its goal of covering the entire industrial door market internationally.

The transaction marks a shift in BMP GROUP’s production activities in Spain by allowing for the local manufacture of cold-storage doors. Previously, the group’s Spanish manufacturing operations were limited to high-speed roll-up doors produced via BMP IBÉRICA. Consequently, the addition of GRUPO REPRO broadens the types of industrial doors the group produces in Spain.

BMP GROUP OF DOOR COMPANIES comprises 42 companies, employs over 1,000 people, and maintains a presence in more than 100 countries. The acquisition of GRUPO REPRO supports the group’s objective of covering all segments of the industrial door market on a global scale.

The deal also establishes unified management for the two companies operating within the group in Spain. Management of both BMP IBÉRICA and GRUPO REPRO will be handled by Iván Valero and Miguel Valero through VALERO FOUNDERS.

The acquisition extends the group’s industrial footprint in the Spanish market, adding cold-storage door manufacturing to operations that were previously limited to high-speed roll-up doors.
