Ufenau Capital Partners has completed its first platform investment for Ufenau VII by acquiring a majority stake in EinzelNet. The company is a leading full-service provider of Datacenter & Cloud, Digital Workplace and Data Analytics solutions.

With an experience of >20 years, > 30 million euros turnover and >100 professionals working across 3 locations in Spain (Madrid, Valencia and Pamplona), EinzelNet supports its clients to solve technological challenges through tailor-made infrastructure and mobility solutions, based on a strong customer oriented culture and a highly experienced and specialized team. EinzelNet is one of the largest independent specialists in Spain, enjoying a strong position with its loyal blue-chip customer base of private and public companies.

The company has grown continuously since its foundation in 2003 by consistently strengthening its value proposition, being able to offer end-to-end solutions for its customers complementing its offering as a cloud specialist with business intelligence and digitalization solutions.

Founders and management of EinzelNet will coinvest significantly alongside Ufenau and will continue to lead the business into its next growth phase. EinzelNet´s team will ensure the continuation of the successful growth strategy, now complemented with the financial and inorganic execution support of Ufenau.

Graduada en Ciencias Empresariales y Management y Máster Universitario en Gestión Financiera y Auditoría por la Universidad Pompeu Fabra.
Clàudia ha trabajado durante cuatro años en Deloitte, primero como auditora en empresas de FSI (Financial Services Industry, lo que abarca entidades financieras y de crédito, de seguros y reaseguros, mercado de capitales y capital de riesgo) y posteriormente como Associate en el departamento de TS (Transaction Services) colaborando principalmente en proyectos de reestructuraciones financieras, así como Valoraciones y Due Diligence, para empresas de diferentes sectores.

Clàudia Solé – Partner

Graduated in Business Sciences-Management and University Master’s Degree in Financial Management and Business Auditing, both degrees from Pompeu Fabra University.

She started her professional career at Deloitte Spain, as an auditor at FSI (Financial Services Industry). One year later, until joining Associate, he became part of the TS department (Transactions), carrying out operations mainly in the area of Restructuring and Valuations for companies of the financial industry, as well as industrial and services sector. She has also participated in Due Diligence processes.

In January 2019 she joined the CS Corporate Advisors team as a Senior Analyst.
